With two of the Blindsides scoring hattricks on off nights, who will be the third member of the team to step up tonight to make it a...err...hattrick of hatricks?
My lineup is not very good, though. Injured Gonchar on my defense, and a mediocre #6 forward in Foligno (over Silfverberg, Johansson, and McGinn (IIRC)).
4 guys on my team will be either drafted by my team (Silferverg, Johansson, Myers), or picked up by me as their first FCHL team (Gelinas). I'll also have Foligno who was a farm promotion, but drafted elsewhere.
That's 12 guys, nearly have my roster. Wow. I would probably have a couple more, but I couldn't decide who to call up, so I was gonna wait for a month or two into the season to see who gets hot. I have at least 10 other guys sitting on my farm playing quality time in the NHL.

I have eight NHL players on my farm roster right at the moment. None of them really banging on the door to get onto the main Lost Cause roster.
Sami Vatanen is easily the closest to being called up, but there's really no point until I'm forced to promote him due to how completely lol Anaheim always is in our schedule.
I do have a couple picks I am pretty proud of on my current roster: Brendan Gallagher and Reilly Smith. Both were guys I drafted after their draft years, and were later round "diamonds in the rough" that have worked out very well for me.
I also have a number of similar players on my farm that still have upside. Guys I drafted at age 19 or later, that were passed over in multiple FCHL drafts: Drew Shore, William Karlsson, Johann Larsson, Mike Reilly, Martin Marincin, Gustav Possler, Mattias Ekholm. We will see in a couple of years whether any of them turn out to be serviceable roster players.
Damn, actually having a decent night with no goalies, john is killing it though. Pretty much need a Perron Hatty tonight against johns goalies.
I wasn't happy coming out of the draft but my guys are starting off real good. Maybe they have another run. If that is the case, I will callup Kuznetsov in a heart beat if he deserves it
Well me and Josh really did work tonight. I had the typical 'day after the bye day' situation where both my goalies had shutouts on my bye day but gave up a combined 11 tonight. Lucky for me, Josh also gave up 6.
