Ugh, Hornqvist out for a week.

Really contemplating a call up.

Strome maybe?

I'm pretty sure I'm calling up one of my mediocre farmies to fill the gap tonight.

Can't decide between Coyle or Rask and can't justify burning a year on Strome or Barkov (and difficulty fitting their salaries in).

Victor Rask baby!

Now I get to struggle over goaltending because Tokarski is starting for MTL. My other option is Schneider in NJ... against the Malkin- and Hornqvist-less Penguins.

Kind of interesting:

11 of 26 skaters on my roster were players who were called up from my farm team (not necessarily drafted by me).

That seems pretty high. I bet Jeff's number is close though too. Maybe even Mike's.

edit - I think Jeff has 11 too, I think I was off on Mike. Don't see many there, but not as familiar with his players.

Updates:

Rockets have a 2 goal lead over the asdfjkl;, but I need to fade a period of Monahan and 2 periods of one of the Sedins.

Tulane Flyers have a 0.5 goal lead over the goalie-less KC Reserves. Tulane has the other Sedin, Edler, Kassian, and Simmonds for 2 periods. Jeff has a period of Schwartz and Wideman, and 2 periods of B. Schenn and Tanev.

Lots of hockey left in these games.

Mikey up a goal now, with KCR down to just B. Schenn and Tanev, and 4 players to fade.

I'm still up 2 with just H. Sedin to fade now.

3 players to fade - Kassian was injured in practice this AM and isn't in the game. I think I am up 3 to -0.5 right?

eh. . . . I ended up putting two guys out there who were on the bench . . . . the guys one the bench who played didn't do MUCH better. . . . but I had to believe that the Isles would play Grabner and I didn't hear about Kassian until half way INTO the game. . . . and that was a game I actually intended to completely watch. I just thought Kassian wasn't getting icetime. . . . .
