The longest losing streak in FCHL history belongs to the Booyaga/TulaneFlyr franchise. In the innaugural FCHL season, the Flyers did not find a win in the final 11 games of the season. The futility continued for 3 games into the 06/07 season for a whopping cumulative total of 14 games.
Ya know. . . when I was "tanking" it wasn't cute or funny :) I worked really hard and fast to turn that franchise the F around . . . and made bold moves to do so. I trust Steve will be back up top soon. I think he wins a championship before the sixers.
Tonight, Niskanen debuts for my Flyers, and the Sedin debut will have to wait until next week. But I am looking forward to a tough(er) battle for the top of the 'nutt going forward. Defense is getting healthy and I am liking my depth. Especially playoff time. Tonight is a depth test. Looking forward to seeing how I fare against Ollie tonight - and whether he bets on or against Sid to play with the mumps. Then again, will Heater play today either? Boudreau wants him to get a redo, as he has had TWO surgeries to correct the issues he has been dealing with. I think the real Heatley (the KILLER) may start showing up. If you want him in a trade, make some offers, as he can be had :)

I'm icing the strangest lineup I've ever had to put on the ice on Monday...full defense, goalies, and only two active forwards. Weird one...I've never seen anything like that.

lol, I just noticed the same thing about my AHL lineup that day. It has a goalie, 6 D to choose from.....but only 2 Fwd.
