I don't know about that. I have to reach into my depth here... Sheahan gets a rare start. D is solid though, Spurgeon being the worst guy... I heard Tokarski is starting for MTL though, so that's a huge drop off from Price.

Actually, you're lineup has some soft spots too, lol, especially with no goalies. Big advantage for me, but I've been known to lose to no goalie teams before.

I'm up against one defenseman and no goalies for Arp...so cue the obvious Marian Hossa beast-mode episode. 2g, 2a predicted. I have a pretty solid B-lineup going tonight but St. Dubnyk is playing Calgary so my Johnny Hockey points are rebated. :(

Also, I'm pretty certain this is the first time all year that Patrick Wiercioch is making it into my lineup. Weird night for my defense, Seidenberg almost never plays either and Nick Holden is rare. I'm a huge Colorado fan tonight...it's time for Nathan Mackinnon to remember whose name is on the back of his jersey.

Rich has no goalies against me tomorrow as well...and I don't have a game on Friday when my lineup was easily the weakest of the stretch run.

The scheduling gods are indeed kind.

I think last night was my weakest lineup of this stretch. Especially once Foligno went down before game time. Although no goalies in Sunday will give it a run, I'm sure.

Last two nights my opponents had no goalies, split the games. Tonight I have no goalies against John in a huge game. On the year, I am 8-3 when my opponent has no goalies; 0-5 when I have no goalies and 0-1 when we both have no goalies. This should be an easy win for the Broadway club tonight.

I don't know what is worse today. The fact that the forwards I feature tonight are ME. . . . and 2 guys I didn't have before the trade deadline (oh . . . and Beleskey going on IR . . . . Classic) . . . . . The fact that Ollie has Stamkos and Kane going against me. . . . . and to complicate matters, I have Floundering Boston's goalies against Yakupov (7 points in 6 games) . . . . against Ollie with No Goalies. This one is just too confusing to call. If I happen to beat Ollie because of my DEFENSIVE depth and GOALIES. . . . . Antithetical to the Ollie/Me rivalry.

I am calling it right here. Boston will pitch a shutout you will get no offensive scoring. Anti-Crosby aka THE STUD Max-Pac will come up trumps with a 2.5 night but that'll be it and we'll tie.

I'm predicting it. 12th loss in a row. What's the all time record? It's important to have goals.

Question:
You dont actually have to use the cap space to "meet the minimum" right?
I was thining, if I drop Hossa and call up a farm player from my farm, I still have the cap space, right?

I won't do it, because that would really be unfair to those still in races, but it seems like an obvious play if I want to truly tank.
And this is always where I am conflicted, when others are obviously tanking, and I dont know where to draw the line, since I am tanking too.

You don't have to spend it. He'd have to be better than Hossa and/or you have no other dropable options to pass the integrity test, I think, though.

Toffoli can **** right off. Beating me tonight AND making himself too expensive in the AHL. Seems feb/mar are the worst for me always no matter what I'm trying to do in any league.

Worst sweat ever. Up a half with everyone on Arp's team still playing and my goalies still going.

Boom. 8 straight years!

If Dubey (current streak 4) doesn't get in, the next longest streak will be 3!

I never imagined I'd see four people from the Tugnutt making the playoffs.

Biatch still has a sizable edge over Adam (game in hand, tiebreak) but he has to worry about beating Steve, who can be fearsome at times.

Yeah, the fact that his game in hand will be played against the Beavers is bad luck for me, but nothing I can do about it. Zach's game in hand will be played against the Ales who will have no goalies Friday night, so I can basically project two easy points for both teams. Going to need a win tonight against the Ales and a couple of key losses from the asdfjkl; (vs Blindsides) and the Rocket (vs Hurricanes) to have a good shot of making it one way or another..that result would put me two ahead of Dan and two behind Zach going into my final bye.

Honestly, my best chance at getting in might be to overtake the Flyers...I'm only three points back and Mike has a murderous schedule remaining (coming off 4 losses in 5 games). IR twice, KCR twice, Crop Dusters and a final game bye night. No goalies and not a very good lineup for the IR tonight..."C" lineup at best for the KCR on Friday night so maybe that won't be happening after all.

Four points back of Zach for the division...unless the Rocket flames out in these last six games I don't think I can make that difference up.

After losing, I'm only 10pts behind Zach? And 6pts out of the playoffs? Really?
Strange year.

Good win Adam, thanks!

Boston - 4 GAA . .. . .. Yakupov - first goal for Edmonton.

Gonna get tight. . . . though I think that was my last fight against Ollie this year, until the playoffs - where I might be able to fight if healthy.  (Edler, Beleskey, Timonen, and . . . . yeah . . . Seguin . . . on the IR and no clear days for return)  I hope I don't have him in the first round.

Good game Ollie.

Yeah, If I don't make the playoffs, with all the prep work I did for THAT, I may likely consider jumping in the river.   I don't mind a tough first round matchup (Im built for that) . . . . but I gotta make it there.

Maybe I'm crazy, but I think my team should be a hell of a lot better than its record. Even with scrubs like Skinner, Eberle, Marleau all playing well below their averages.
