I get to improve my lineup adding Gaborik, a red hot Eberle, and Boychuk to yesterday's lineup. It's just a Hornqvist away from being the best possible lineup I could ice.
Biatch is only really missing Zetterberg, among his stars.
But the next game is a short Monday, where Biatch won't have a full lineup (I'll be missing a D myself), then a game on Tuesday where Dan has no goalies. Really makes this one must win for asdfjkl; I think.
Same in ours. . . but Monday. . . . .I have no goalies and his play Buffalo. I think if it is best of three. . . . it likely comes down to 7th game. . . .
the injuries to maatta/shattenkirk hurts so bad. my lineup would probably be pretty close to mike's tonight. not quite as bad as Zach's situation, but if I had these guys all season, who knows where I would have landed in the standings?
1. Nick Foligno
2. Zach Parise
3. Jordan Eberle
4. Marian Gaborik
5. Kris Letang
6. Patrice Bergeron
7. Nick Bjugstad
8. PK Subban
9. Dougie Hamilton
10. Johnny Boychuk
Eh, he's a career 0.244... that's about it... maybe a slightly higher peak. Don't think he was ever thought of as being all that offensive. At least to me, his offense has been a surprise.
Biatch's team is on fire today... but my guys aren't far behind. Goals from both of my early players is a good start, regardless of how well Biatch is rolling.
Big empty netter by the Sens against Biatch's goalies... and no points for Ryan or Karlsson...
I'm up by a half point and Biatch is amazingly down to just Seth Jones for one period. Even if he gets a point, I'll have a full game of the red hot Eberle to counter, plus 2 periods of Letang left.
Eberle assist 51 seconds into his game, and now a Letang helper (maybe even a goal) and Biatch is in serious trouble. Needs a goal+ from Seth Jones in the last 3 minutes of that game.
