It's going to be awfully hard for this record to ever fall.

5.5 points is an awful lot.

Sam Gagner could have had 6.0 back in 2012 when he had that 8 point night.

  • Blindsides losing streak extended to 10
  • Whalers win 3 in a row, 8 of the last 9.
  • IR have now lost 2 in a row after a 10-1 stretch.
  • Broadway winless streak extended to 7 (0-6-1)
  • Crop Dusters have a 6-game unbeaten streak (5-0-1)
  • Golden Seals have a 7 game losing streak, and haven't posted a positive score in either of the last 4 games.
  • Even with their 1.5 today, the Blindsides have a combined score of (-2.0) over the last 8 games.
  • Crop Dusters have gone 17 straight games without a negative score, the longest active streak (Rockets next with 14, Flyers in 3rd with 13)

I somehow missed this rather interesting note from last night:

  • 5 teams are currently tied for 2nd overall with 40 points.
