Pulled within six points of the playoffs with last night's victory. I mocked my lineups for the rest of the year and I have goalies and strong lineups every game for the rest of the way. Only one game against an opponent with no goalies though, that's pretty amazing.

Very much hoping to have the playoffs secured before my final game night of the season, which is a doubleheader against Zach and Jay. I do NOT want to need points that night to get in. No Malkin and no Stamkos (if he's even back by then) for that doubleheader.

I have to be realistic...I don't like my chances all that much. This team needs to get consistent and get some opponent luck, which we've had almost none of all year (consistency or luck). This would be the right time to go on a run.

Not giving up by any means...I just don't have a good feeling about it. If I had to predict, I'll wager that I'll go into my doubleheader desperately needing at least one win, and I'll lose both games.

That's just what happens. I should rename my team to the Appalachian Sad Sack.

Escaped my string of ****ty lineups, then went down with my A lineup against a team with no-goalies. Lol
