Toronto plays Buffalo on Saturday. I probably should do Toronto goalies, but going to take Buffalo, gulp.

I've got some decisions to make.

Sounds like Okposo may be back from injury, so it'll either be him or Johansson as my #6 forward...

Meanwhile, Vlasic is not at 100% because of the flu. Do I swap in Beaulieu instead?

Blah.

Can't let this go to 7.

Oh, Vlasic was injured last night too... questionable today, guess that makes that one a little easier... assuming Beaulieu isn't a healthy scratch.

I'll tell you, I knew my D was the weaker part of my team, but it's been a veritable disaster in the playoffs. Relying on idiots like Forbort, Beaulieu, way more than I should be.

Lol, I'm at work, just checked my app and saw Spurgeon got an assist to Koivu's donut, and knew Zach would provide an update.

I predict a 5.0 to 2.5 Hurricanes victory for tonight. I just have a good feeling about tonight.

It's a shocking amount of exercise if you're a sweeper. It's fun. I'm awful. I think Biatch curls a lot.

The best part about curling is if you lose the winning team is supposed to buy the first round.

Its not that hard as a beginner (from what I recall) and a ton of fun.

My buddies and I decided to try it like 5yrs ago for the first time ever, and the people at the curling hall were really nice+welcoming+helpful, even if we were brutal amateurs. We liked it so much we kept going back every couple of weeks.

You should make the effort and go, totally worth it, especially as 'should try it at least once" kind of thing

Agree. Mastering it is hard as ****, but any idiot can make a decent shot once a night. It is great. I should play more.

The most Biatch of moves ever.

Has two goalies playing against one another and chooses the big dog. Makes sense.

It's up to Anze Kopitar.

My final score is 2.0...

Hurricanes have 0.5 with Anze Kopitar.

I'm 99% sure I win OT, so Jay needs a deuce out of Anze.

Super possible.

Congratulations Zach. Your team performed consistently well (save for your goalies tonight) and mine simply did not. You have a fantastic opportunity to win your first championship, and I'll be rooting for you. Nothing against Dan, but I'm impressed with what you've built. It could be the start of something special.

Disappointed, but with the group of guys I have signed long term, I'm not sweating it too much. I learned some things about roster construction this year and I think that it will help me moving forward. I know my window is still very much open to win a championship. Dusters will be back better than ever next year :)

GL to both Dan and Zach in the finals. I honestly don't know who I'm going to root for. I think its cool that Dan has made such deep runs in the AHL and FCHL and it would be a hell of an accomplishment to win both, but on the other hand I think it would be cool to see Zach win because I'm not sure anybody cares more about this league/their team than he does. I hope you guys have some epic games.

It's definitely a win/win finals. I rooting (quietly) for Dan just because I would enjoy watching him use yet another championship in his trash talking repitoire and also it would be cool if he could win both leagues the same year. But I would be happy to see Zach win it for the reasons Josh just mentioned. ThiughthT would leave me being the last expansion team to not win it all.

But I have my own series to worry about. I feel my team is strong enough to be the winning loser and my boys want to hold the MrDannyG Memorial Cup. It's a trophy like cup right? Not his nut protector right?
