I'd really like a WW on my double header, so we'll be bringing the noise.

Rockets and Whalers still meet each other twice this season, including Gameday 80. The race for the division could come down to the final game.

Whalers can clinch the playoffs with a win *and* a Broadway loss.

I think it's well past time for the 'Cause to announce our presence.

Gonna be out of town starting tomorrow, for a week, so scores may be delayed. I'd encourage others to step up and do them if they see fit.

I usually bang them out the following day if I notice they haven't already been done.

Dubey, I'll let you put Guentzel in your lineup if you let me put in Faulk....

Adam, don't get too excited about the goal the NHL has as Sid right now. It'll be Letang! (Sid assist, unless they decide Anderson had "control" when he put it in himself.)

Sigh. I had Guentzel in the lineup till late in the Afternoon... Decided to filter on yahoo by average score over the last 30 days and what I saw convinced me to put in Labanc instead.

Ales putting up their score of the year, probably. I'll be going 0/2 on the DH. Keep that Gilmour division WIDE OPEN.

Sweating Couture over Vlasic in the last game of the night to hold our OT win over the division leader. Big game...let's bring it home boys.

Lost Cause would have to lose out the rest of the way and have Broadway/asdfjkl; win out the rest of the way in order to miss the playoffs at this point. I don't know how to do magic numbers, but we're pretty darn close to clinching a return bid to the playoffs. Now riding a 6-game winning streak but there's an ominous cloud on the horizon as we approach our last doubleheader of the season with no goalies.

Whalers have clinched, their 88 points can't be caught with 8 games left and no more doubleheaders for either of the chasing teams.

KC Reserves very close to clinching and have a game in hand.

Rockets' LL breaks their impressive 10 game winning streak to this point. Still 15-4 in their last 19 games. Still a lot of play left to decide the Gilmour Division between the Rockets, the Whalers and the Lost Cause.

Whalers snap a 3-game skid with an OT win.

Broadway and asdfjkl; fail to keep the pressure on the IR for that last playoff spot. IR widens the gap to 3 points with 8 games to play.

Two in a row for the Beavers, they'll be going for their third straight in Game 68 to tie their season high.

How did the IR widen their gap if I won?

My bad, I had it in my head that you didn't win your game but clearly you did. The gap is still three points though.

*Edit* Except it isn't, it's two points. It's too early for me.

difference ended up being a shootout that my goalies lost. Or me leaving Guentzel's 2 goals on the bench in a very debateable decision.

Sorry Dubey, thats a ****ty way to lose.  (edit, I actually wrote this before your post, and didnt even realize the goalies shootout. double sucks)
After my last 3 games though, I needed something to fall my way.

fwiw, for the 2nd year in a row, the 4-5 playoff matchup might be 2 of the top 4 teams in the league.
Is it possible that our division structure is not really fair?
