I’m currently living in a state of terror that serge is going to send out a message of support for me in game 7 to really seal my fate.

If that happens, then John deserves the trophy for the stroke of genius of inviting me to the slack channel.

My team has been hot. They’ll go back to sucking Oct 3rd. I mean Jesus Ryan Strome scores like every single day. Who the fck is he? athanasiou has 30 goals? What? Pat Maroon has 10 points the last 15? Did he have 10 pts last season? I don’t get it. Is it football
season yet?

 My team went ice cold at the exact wrong moment of the year. If I'd made the finals, we would have swept Broadway and taken down the Golden Seals in five games.

They don't call us The Lost Cause for nothing...just can't seem to get it right when it really matters.

A #6 seed has never lost in the finals. However, a #6 seed has won two championships. The Hurricanes did it both times, in 2008 (12-team league) and 2016.

The last time a #2 seed won the title was last season when the #1 Seals fell to the Rockets. #2 seeds are 3-4 in the finals overall dating back to 2007.



The Golden Seals franchise are 1-2 in finals series, having won one championship in 2011, and having lost in the finals once before (2018). The franchise also lost in the finals in 2009 as the Maroons.

Broadway is 0-2 in finals series losing to Blindsides in back to back seasons in 2013 and 2014.

Golden Seals - 4.008

Broadway - 3.777

 

Very close and very high projections. Very fitting of a Finals Game 7.

To be accurate, we have never actually had goalies.
But you can certainly put up Rasks jersey anywhere you like if he helps you tonight. 

Im hating the double whammy for Dave tonight of Game7Gtd and Minny gtd both being his bro. (im assuming hes starting but maybe not since they got knocked out... havent checked)

Yes. I used the OT orders posted in here. 

It assumed you had Boston goalies since they were dressed at the time, so I guess it could change a bit.

Today's game will be the first and last FCHL game that I will do ALL of the following in regards to which GTD to use:

a) Confirming who is in goal for BOS and NYI (Halak)
b) Road GAA for answers to #1
c) Spreads on the games, especially Bos/Min

 Yeah I was getting stressed about that too before they were eliminated, but Stalock is playing tonight. This is worse for my game 7 tonight but better for my sanity.
