You know, I just looked through my prospects, I guess I'm not in awful shape. Some of these dudes might be decent FCHL players someday. It's just an ungodly number of names to check through periodically to see how the season's going, and I don't think the hockeydb embed trick works anymore.

It doesn’t. I spoke to the guy last season after I kept getting IP blocked when I would go to look at my prospect blog and he said something along the lines of “hey, that’s a cool feature I should implement” but nothing more came of it. You can get about three looks at an embedded page before it won’t work anymore.
It pisses me off that you can't even just like fave people at rotoworld or something so I can skip over the nonsense that doesn't impact my teams. Seems like it would be such an easy feature to implement. Or hockey-ref or whatever.
Yes, now that would be a great feature as well. I guess we could do a farmie league on Yahoo and get some of the same features (checking point totals and active vs. not), but the way Yahoo shows news is not ideal.
You know creating a second league where we just add all of the farm players to teams might make mistakes in the auction and draft less prevalent. Then you just search in bith leagues to make sure someone is available.

That will only help with prospects currently or recently in the NHL though.

History:
January 13th, 2007: In an epic battle between the current owner of the 6th and final playoff birth and an under-performing team in the hunt for a spot in the post season, the record for the highest score to lose a game was born. Broadway put up a very impressive score of 7.5 that night, but it wasn't enough as the Shaftsbury Wheat Ales (ownership: RMunro) managed to score 8 goals in the contest.
February 6th, 2007:GM Fenxis' team, The Injured Reserve, managed to put up an impressive score of 7.5 against the Shaftsbury Wheat Ales. Unfortunately, the Wheat Ales put up an even more impressive score of 10, stealing the victory from the IR and giving Fenxis a share of this dubious record.
December 12th, 2008: In what proved to be an exciting game, the 13th place BlackDevilHawks put up an uncharacteristic 7.5 against the 2nd place Maroons. It wasn't enough however, as Zach Parise's 4 assists tilted the 7.5 - 7.5 score in the Maroons favour.
November 21st, 2009: The Whalers and asdfjkl; had one of the most epic matches in regular season history as the Whalers posted a score of 7.5, but the asdfjkl; put up a score of 8.5. The record is now shared between four different teams.
*** Post-goalie era begins ***
October 5th, 2019: The first of the original records to fall in the post-goalie era, Lost Cause lose a hard fought battle 8.0 to 8.0 in OT to the Whalers. Mike Hoffman's hat trick was not enough for the Lost Cause as the Whalers, led by Auston Matthews' 2 goals, took the OT, edging Sean Monahan's 1-goal performance.
Matthews from Marner with 1:15 left handed the Whalers the game.
All I know is you suddenly had the 8 to 7.5 lead near the end of the night (Couture and Monahan goals), and then I got an assist from someone to tie it up and win the OT.
Have to check.......Klefbom. He of the 3A on Sat night worked out.
GG, brutal loss. Maybe all for the best in Tank for Alex mode?

Eh...I know it’s in my best interest to max out my chances at the best prospect we’ve seen in a while, but tanking is a really foreign concept to me. We’re only 2 games in and I’m struggling with whether to start calling prospects up or not.
