I'm realistic. I can see there are 2 or 3 teams better than mine. I made a team that competes but I’ve built it so poorly I actually made it near impossible to make my team better at the deadline. What I have is what I have. I’ll need to luckbox my way to the finals. So I don’t think contemplating dealing assets to try again next year (if I stay put I’m back to being a **** team again) or the year after and learn from my mistakes this year.
If I had your team I would just tske it into the playoffs and roll the dice. I do have 0 titles and loke 4 playoff series wins so take my ****ty advice with a grain of salt.
Not to be unkind, but it's pretty rare for the best projected team to win it all in this league. Usually injuries and cold streaks pop up at the worst time.

I'll admit you have a cute team, probably good enough to win a title in a normal year. Just like when the goofball above ran for president, this isn't a normal year.

So I’m in Australia with jetlag. I feel like I’ve been getting crushed by the schedule all year so I just compared my h2h record with my nearest two competitors for the playoffs spots. I would be 29-26-1 vs John and 29-27 vs Rich. If I miss the playoffs, I’m going to be pissed.
My sister in law lives in Perth so we generally tend to try and come over once a year. Weather is amazing though the bush fires on the other side of the country are hellish.
How does it work for you, immigration wise? If a UK citizen wanted to move to Aus, would that be hard?
So I could actually move over on a spousal visa as my wife is an Australian citizen. My kids would have no problem too.
If she wasn’t, it would like be tough to qualify as I don’t think my job - Finance Operations Manager - is one they are in need of (they‘re looking for doctors, dentists, skilled Labour).
