Do we think this is just him checking out because he isn't in the running? That's one of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to fantasy. One of the reasons I've never gotten along with Serge.
All that being said, I legitimately hope that everything is ok with him.
I don't think he'd just check out because he isn't in the running. He's got plenty of experience at that.
He's just not that into this at all. He enjoys it differently than we do, I think. He doesn't post comments. He almost always posts his lineups. Maybe he sweats his games? He usually responds to PMs and such. He'll probably respond to other ways too, if he hasn't blocked you (as he has with me).
This same thing happens every year, more or less with him. He'll get sloppy and miss a few lineups, people will call him out, he'll finally respond about being busy and how it's just a fun pool, not life and death, or something. Maybe. And we'll say ok, don't let it happen again. Biatch will defend him, and we'll all move on and be happy.
I don't have a problem with Mike. Would I prefer a more active owner? Maybe, but he has made the point before, I think correctly, that there isn't a minimum level of activity required. He's been here since the beginning. It's his right, imo, to be as active as he'd like, as long as he keeps fielding his best possible lineups. Missed lineups are an issue, but outside of a few per year, it hasn't really been out of hand. I think if Mike decides he isn't into it enough, he'll let us know.
Until then, we deal with a few missed lineups and radio silence. So it goes.

Missed lineup for Tulane Flyers, as previously discussed. He somehow still won.
Surprised I was even in the mix at all in that game. Had several scenarios in which I could have won in the later games, somehow.
Rockets 1-3 in the last 4. Knew this was a lull in the schedule - bad lineups for a bit - back to strong lineups, mostly from here on out
Dusters win with a 0.0, cut the Rockets' lead to 4 points. Hurricanes are 9 back for the division.
Broadway moves into a tie with the IR, who put up a woeful (-2.0) on their doubleheader night, giving the LC and ROFB an extra glimmer of hope - they have two teams they could potentially catch, but they're both 7 back.
Second game in a row that my score would have beaten more than half the league. Cannot catch a break for anything. Only two or three teams beat me last night and Jeff happened to be one.
Sorry I know I saw it posted but can't find it. When s the trade deadline? Thought it was always around game 55.
For future reference, it'll usually be the first non-game night following game day 60, if we keep with double headers/byes (i.e. Groups of 15 game nights)
