Missed lineup on a doubleheader night for Mike...that's pretty much the definition of "checked out". Holes all over the lineup including missed goalies. Wouldn't have made a difference in either game but still.
Re: Mike. This is getting troubling on multiple fronts. Obviously we know that he's going through enough outside of the league that makes his involvement limited and we understand that and hope for the best. We've all offered support and I know we've offered to do whatever we can, reasonably. Missed lineups are hurting the integrity of the league though, so should we explore the option of commish control on his lineups until he can hopefully get back on solid ground?

I was thinking the same thing, at this point it seems appropriate for the league to take control of the team until he's back to fully committed or acknowledges that he's no longer that interested. As of this moment, it's clear that he isn't...and valid though the reasons may be, it's ultimately hurting the league.

It’s weird because before 12/24, he hadn‘t even logged on to the website since 10/30. Almost two whole months! But he did login and still hasn’t set a lineup for after Christmas as far as I can tell.

Right. I was happy to stay quiet (and correctly advised to when talking offline with one particular owner) when Mike was ensuring his lineups were set even if he hadn't been on the website for the longest time. Missing lineups is obviously a worst case scenario, though.
As Commish in Yahoo, I *can* alter his lineups before a game day (same limitations apply to setting your own lineup), but I'm not sure that's the best course of action. We will need to decide that as a group.
If I have to set them all for the rest of the year, I’d move to remove Mike from the league first thing in the summer. It’s fine if he misses a few here and there but if he just checks out and just doesn’t set anymore for the rest of the year, that’s the tipping point for me.
