Haha k good. I was sure you knew, but figured better off saying something just in case. Marner would be good in AHL since for some reason assists double in value in OT.
Why are you sick of playing me? You won AHL, and if you win tonight, you got a sweep and you are in the finals of both leagues.
I wouldn't be sick of playing against teams I beat to get to the finals. lol

You're a stressful opponent!
If I lose tonight, based on this post, then and only then will I have the moral standing to be sick of playing vs you? Hahah.
Its really strange. The post with my first OT order, I cant edit. The post with my question, as you can see, I edited.
not a big deal, but it seems something with my OT posts makes it unable to edit later. Maybe its the format I am copying from, not a big deal, just was curious.

Anyways... no Reilly Smith back for me tonight, so I've got to dig into the depth and give Craig Smith a start.
Overall, we're pretty damn even tonight. The slightest, slightest edge to Arp, I'd say? Nashville vs Toronto (Subban, Smith vs Matthews, Marner, Forsberg) will be an important matchup, as well as Florida vs Columbus (Panarin + Barkov vs Trocheck + Columbus G). 9 of the 22 starters in those 2 games.
Last game of the night likely to be eventful again. Schmidt, Vlasic vs Marchessault, Burns. Potential for another Arp late comeback, if necessary.
I believe there is a time limit on editing posts. I could be wrong.
You must be right, makes sense in regards to the posts I have and have not been able to edit. I'd test it but dont care enough right now while at work. :)

I went into a couple old threads and tried to edit, and I believe you're right. It allowed me to hit the post button, but didn't actually post the edit.
Arizona scores one of the more bizarre goals you'll see. The puck gets stuck in Wardo's skate/pads and he when he heads to the crease it crosses the line.
Well, that's a weird one. The puck was rimmed in and got lodged in Ward's right skate. The play -- for whatever reason -- wasn't blown dead, and Ward's skate crossed the goal line.
Official email from NHL on goal: "Video review determined that the puck completely crossed the Carolina goal line while it was lodged in the skate of goaltender Cam Ward. Good good Arizona.”

Thats right. Player shoots it in, goes around the boards, gets stuck in Cam Ward's skate, play is not blown, Ward skates around, and then slides his foot (with the puck still lodged above the blade) behind the line, GOAL.
Goal awarded to; Zachs 3rd D, Alex Goligoski
Im probably the favourite though. lol

LOL wow. All this after Adam tried to talk me into benching him.
I explicitly told you not to make any moves based on my question about why Dillon wasn't getting the start. Only said that if I was going to bench someone in his favor it would have been Gogo. And that's why you're still in the hunt and I'm eliminated. That, and I ran face first into the strongest team in the league.
lol so I made some joke OT order with Goldobin 1st and Oesterle 2nd and Goldobin actually has 2 assists to negate Duchene and I'm currently winning in the 8th OT.

lol, it looked like you did the opposite order

Well, I'm happy to get out of that Kings game so I at least don't lose on a goal against. Marchessault and Burns are Arp's final bullets. I'm locked in at 5.0, at the least, so he's going to need at least 0.5 to win this thing.
My guys did their part. A 5.0 in a game 7 is a solid enough score. In the regular season, it would win over 90% of the time.
OF COURSE, being in the final four is a lot different, average score would skew up significantly, but I still feel like if I would take a 5.0 if you offered it to me before the games started. Though, I'd have certainly preferred to have the OT...
I really dont think this could be worse. What a ridiculous last 9 days of AHL-FCHL.
When does this stuff become fun????
It's been intense. I don't recall playoffs being such a grind before.
Final half of the period... if this goes to OT... Burns and Marchessault will have a thousand chances. If it doesn't, even if they aren't in on the 2-1 goal, you've got an empty net for one of them to shoot at...
